It looks really tacky and plagiarized. It feels akin to using a counterfeit mobile phone, it looks and works similarly to the original ones, only it's just nowhere near as good. I understand that it's an unofficial concept video, but all it's say to me is “Windows users need more complexity and purposeless flashy graphical effects please”. Yuck.

The majority of people who create these OS concepts are heavy computer nerds who love everything about their computers to be technical and flashy looking and thats not what consumers want, and It's not what Microsoft or Apple is going to do. The future of Operating Systems are becoming more clean, symmetrical, easy to use, easy to figure out, and ergonomic. Put all of those together and you have the foundation for the next GUI. If you people are hoping for Windows or Mac OS to look like a 10 year old's dream computer then maybe you're more of a Linux person.
at least linux is stable and virus feee unlike windows that is flooded with viruses even by watching a youtube video. Hell linux even runs most of the windows apps cant say that for microsoft
