Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for public drunkenness, obstruction and disorderly conduct in the USA city of Savannah, Georgia. This time around, the Transformers actor was arrested in Savannah, Georgia at 4 a.m.by the Savannah Police Department.

Police said LaBeouf approached a bystander and a officer at a local intersection and asked for a cigarette. After being denied the cigarette he was seeking, Shia LaBeouf reportedly "became disorderly" by using profanities and vulgar language. The allegedly drunken star refused, and even began to act aggressively toward the police officer.

This is the latest in a series of arrests for LaBeouf.

Shia LaBeouf has been arrested in Georgia for being wasted and losing control of himself.

The 31-year-old actor has had multiple run-ins with the law stemming from drinking in the past.

"He understands that these recent actions are a symptom of a larger health problem and he has taken the first of many necessary steps towards recovery", LaBeouf's rep said in a statement.

In 2014, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct after an outburst at a Broadway theater.
