The other man, Cosmo Dinardo, had a dark, grisly secret, police say.

It was DiNardo who led investigators to Kratz and the bodies of the four young men. DiNardo reportedly told investigators he felt cheated or threatened by the men during a drug deal. Both were being held in jail without bail.

All four victims were found buried on an 80-acre farm in Solebury, Pennsylvania, owned by DiNardo's family. Patrick's body was discovered on a separate part of the property. Kratz was arrested later the same day in Philadelphia.

In exchange for this admission, Dinardo hopes to be able to avoid the death penalty, according to his lawyer.

In exchange for DiNardo's confession, Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub said prosecutors will not seek the death penalty.

Donald Trump seeks talks to overhaul South Korean trade deal
Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer wrote in the letter delivered to the Korean embassy in Washington. The bilateral negotiations sought by the US trade representative must in principle begin within 30 days.

"I can't predict the future, but that is what I believe", Weintraub said.

"In light of recent tragic events in our County, it is more important than ever that we gather to reflect and remember that we are a community and together we are strong", according to a press release.

Dinardo and Kratz are cousins, the criminal complaint states.

DiNardo agreed to sell Patrick 4 pounds of marijuana for $8,000 on July 5, and picked him up at his Newtown home to complete the transaction. "I feel relief. I feel so proud of my team and I feel resolved", said Weintraub during a press conference on Friday.

In his confession, Dinardo detailed a series of shocking killings with no clear motive. He says Patrick only had $800 so he offered to sell him a shotgun instead; then he shot him. The next day, DiNardo and Kratz dug a deep hole using the backhoe and buried the whole tank.

Andrew Aranda said Wednesday the names of those killed will not be released until 24 hours after family members are notified. It supports the 2nd Marine Aviation Wing, providing, among other services, KC-130 aircraft used for in-flight refueling.

On July 7, DiNardo and Kratz met with Finocchiaro, also involving marijuana sales.

On July 7, DiNardo says he picked up Kratz, and they drove to the house of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro. The men came to Dinardo's property because they had been promised marijuana, according to a probable cause affidavit. There, Kratz shot Finocchiaro in the head with a handgun that belonged to Dinardo's mother, Dinardo said, according to the criminal complaint.

It was the discovery of Meo's vehicle on a DiNardo family property a half-mile from the farm that led to Cosmo DiNardo's re-arrest.

Dinardo has been in custody since Wednesday afternoon after he was accused of stealing and attempting to sell Meo's vehicle. Sturgis, meanwhile, started to run away as DiNardo started shooting at him. Kratz told investigators Dinardo "basically crushes him" with it. The charging documents state DiNardo used a backhoe to put Finocchiaro in a metal tank he referred to as "the pig roaster".

"I can tell you, for I've been there, we'd still be looking for Jimi Patrick had we not made this agreement", Weintraub said. He was out of ammunition, so he ran over Meo's body with the backhoe and used the machine to place both bodies in the same tank where he'd set Finocchairo's corpse. An attorney for the family, Fortunato Perri Jr., said in a statement that they were not connected to the alleged homicides.

Dehnavi and his family will be released and allowed to enter the USA , ' hospital spokesman Rob Graham said in the statement. She says the stop was based on information discovered during the agency's review.

DiNardo has been charged with possessing a firearm despite an involuntary mental health commitment. That man turned out to be Kratz, who was charged with aiding in the murders of the men Friday. His father then paid 10 percent of his $1 million bail. In the first instance, he was accused of committing burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property and others. However, they were still missing one body, that of 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick. Meo, in his Maxima, with Sturgis, followed DiNardo to his parent's property on the 2800 block of Aquetong Road.
