United States electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla plans to raise $1.5bn (£1.15bn) to fund production of its new Model 3 auto.

Ever felt like owning a Tesla Model X but the pricing was out of your range? Piper Jaffray Companies set a $386.00 price objective on Tesla and gave the stock a buy rating in a research note on Thursday. Tesla now makes fewer than 10,000 cars per month on average, but almost half a million buyers have placed a deposit for the company's cheapest ever auto. The major challenge facing the company during the next twelve months will largely be the considerable execution risks associated with the rapid ramp up in production of a totally new vehicle.

The automaker's debt load increased significantly previous year when it bought solar panel maker SolarCity.

Solar eclipse 2017: What to expect in New York City
Those optical devices concentrate the solar rays, will damage your eclipse glasses or viewer, and seriously injure your eyes. He plans on bringing a portable telescope with him that is fitted with a special lens so he can safely view the eclipse.

Tesla recently started installing solar roofs and is pairing that business with sales of Powerwall batteries that can store that energy and power homes.

Tesla began delivering on a dream to make an electric vehicle for the masses, rolling out the first of its keenly-awaited "Model 3" cars, aiming to disrupt a world accustomed to automobiles powered by pollution-spewing fossil fuel.

The news came at the same time as five members of the Italian Tesla owners club claimed to have travelled a record distance of 670 miles on a single charge of the Telsa Model S.

Bank of England holds interest rate at 0.25%
Inflation stood at 2.6% in June and the Bank expects the rate to remain above the 2% target throughout the three-year forecast. The cost of living had reached a a near four-year high of 2.9% in May, before unexpectedly falling to 2.6% in June.

An initial batch of the "Model 3" cars that rolled out of the Tesla plant in Fremont, California late Friday was given to customers, most of whom were employees of the company. That's a far cry from the 5000 run rate promised by Tesla for this year end, let alone the 10000/week target for 2018. Despite a planned $2 billion in expenditures on the second half of the year, the company's share price managed to soar to a high of $386.99 from January to June. Revenue more than doubled to $2.8 billion, also beating Wall Street's forecast of $2.5 billion.

While the move marks the first non-convertible bonds the company has issued, Tesla has engaged in many cash-generating offers in the recent past. Rather, Musk is showing his company's commitment to them by not diluting their stock with an equity sale.

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and RBC are the book-runners on the bond offering, IFR reported. Obviously, Tesla stock isn't going to rise forever, and there is likely going to be a market crash sometime in the next few years ... but that doesn't mean that Einhorn isn't going to lose money with his current bets.

Box-Office Prediction: Jab Harry Met Sejal To End Box-Office's Dry Spell
If we consider selling of distribution rights for JHMS 1st day collection , the movie got more money than utilized in production. After a while though, even that is not enough and in fact, it feels like there are just too many numbers packed into the film .
