Sony Xperia XZ1 with Android 8.0 launched in India for INR 44990

As promised earlier, Sony has launched its flagship device smartphone in India called as Xperia XZ1 for Rs. 44,990.
The XZ1 is not a big departure from Sony smartphones of ols but more of an iterative refresh. Sony has embedded fast memory right into the camera stack which allows the smartphone to capture slow motion video at 960 frames per second, which is 4 times faster than what the iPhone is capable of (240 frames per second). Sony Xperia XZ1 has also included a 13MP sensor with a 22mm wide angle lens and an aperture of f/2.0 lens.
The base houses the USB Type-C port and the 3.5 mm audio jack is present on the top.
The Xperia XZ1 comes equipped with a 5.2-inch FHD HDR Triluminous Display and is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 paired with 4GB of RAM.

This Hybrid Dual SIM smartphone runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) OS out of the box and comes with IP65/IP68 certification. The phone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system. It packs a 2700mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology. We will have to test the phone thoroughly to see how the battery holds up.
