  • Debra Messing 'regrets' Megyn Kelly appearance after new 'Today' host's gay joke

Megyn Kelly is having a rough first week on her new NBC morning show.

It has been a hard first week thus far for Megyn, who got trashed by Debra Messing after her appearance and drew the ire of Jane Fonda when she tried to get the screen legend to talk about her plastic surgery during an interview promoting her new film.

What do you think Megyn Kelly will have to say to Debra Messing's comment? Megyn asked guest Russell Turner, later adding, "I don't know about the lawyer thing, but I think that [the] Will & Grace thing and the gay thing is going to work out great".

CSKA Moscow vs Manchester United: We have to be humble - Mourinho
It was a stellar performance from United but they were certainly helped by the egregious abuses of CSKA Moscow's backline. How will Manchester United find the energy levels to break down a stubborn CSKA Moscow? .

At that moment a steely Fonda stared Megyn straight in the eyes and very firmly asked: 'We really want to talk about that now?' Most couldn't get enough of the look on Fonda's face as Kelly questioned her about cosmetic procedures.

"I read that you said you're not proud to admit you've had work done", she continued.

The actress then thanked Kelly and jokingly credited "good attitude" and "good posture" before expertly switching the subject back to "Our Souls At Night", a Netflix movie she stars in with Robert Redford.

Might Athlete Protests Reach Podiums at the Winter Olympics?
The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) said it was working with all the relevant authorities to ensure its athletes would be safe.

Kelly explained she wanted to know because people often reference how "amazing" Fonda looks.

Fonda was surprised by the question. "Take care of myself", Fonda said impatiently. "Let me tell you why I love this movie that we did, Our Souls at Night, rather than plastic surgery". She also got breast implants when she was younger and had a chin lift as well as other surgeries to remove the bags under her eyes and smooth the lines on her face. "I wish I were fearless enough to not do plastic surgery but I think I bought myself a decade".

"But I grew up so defined by my looks", she explained.
