Trump's Twitter account has been under scrutiny, not only because he's the USA president, but because he uses it frequently.
The message that surfaced on Trump's account, however, was not the one that typically surfaces when an account is suspended for a terms-of-services violation.
The company has said that an employee with the ability to suspend accounts deleted it from the site on his or her last day at company.
Twitter in response to concerns said it would be "conducting a full internal review". "Update: We have implemented safeguards to prevent this from happening again".
