Cornering and braking forces in excess of 3 Gs, an estimated top speed of almost 250 miles per hour and lap times faster than what many previously considered possible for a road-car-derived vehicle.

The AMR Pro runs on wheels of a smaller diameter than the road auto (18 inch front and rear) in order to facilitate the fitment of Michelin racing tyres, which are made to the same specification as those used by LMP1 cars in the World Endurance Championship.

The Valkyrie AMR Pro is lighter than the roadgoing version too - through a ruthless option delete process.

Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro track car revealed

We haven't even seen the final production version of the Valkyrie hypercar, and Aston Martin and Red Bull are already previewing the AMR Pro track-exclusive version. The electric part of the hybrid system will remain unchanged, but Aston says that it has recalibrated the engine and made modifications to the emissions control systems (at least vehicle makers are being honest about it these days) to boost power and torque.

In addition to more power, the model features larger front and rear wing elements for better aerodynamics.

Red Bull F1 designer Adrian Newey said the AMR Pro version is free from the constraints holding the street-legal version back, and won't be built to meet any particular motorsports rules either-in other words, it's a no-holds-barred ultimate-car effort.

School lockdown stopped gunman from entering classrooms, killing more
Johnston said the gunman had "prior contacts with law enforcement". "We don't have a crystal ball", Johnston said. The first calls about the shooting came in shortly before 8 a.m. local time on Tuesday, Johnston told reporters .

Those include the polycarbonate windscreen and side windows, a lighter construction of carbon fiber bodywork, new suspension uprights and carbon fiber wishbones, plus molded race seats. Speaking of tires, they will be made to the same specification as those used by LMP1 race cars.

"However, with the track-only Valkyrie AMR Pro we have the freedom to create an extreme evolution that makes no such concessions". It sounds like it'll be the wildest track-day auto out there. It's a remarkable project.

CEO Andy Palmer had previously mentioned the Valkyrie would see a 150-unit run capped off by a 25-unit track vehicle series, but in mid-November the automaker revealed how those track cars would be honed by the Red Bull racing team.

Airbus to Sell 430 Planes to Indigo for $49.5 Billion
The A320neo and A321neo jets feature new generation engines that use 15 percent less fuel compared to their peers. Emirates has taken delivery of 100 aircraft and has total order book of 142 units.

Aston Martin is understandably shy on releasing the performance figures just yet, but you don't need to know much to realize it's going to be a blast. Those lucky enough to take delivery will have access to Red Bull's driver training facilities, including time in the simulator and professional on-track tuition, plus programmes to improve physical fitness.
