Director Bryan Singer has been accused of raping a teenage boy at a yacht party in 2003, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday.

Singer, who Sanchez-Guzman claims he did not know at the time, allegedly offered him a tour of the yacht and lured him into a room, eventually forcing him into various sexual acts.

Sanchez Guzman - who is suing for unspecified damages - says the reported incident caused him psychological distress.

Singer then reportedly told Sanchez-Guzman that he was a Hollywood producer and could help him with an acting career as long as the victim "never said anything about the incident".

Bryan Singer, who directed several films in the X-Men franchise, is alleged to have assaulted Cesar Sanchez-Guzman in Seattle.

UN Envoy Meets N. Korean Foreign Minister
Feltman's visit to the North was made known in Pyongyang's state media on Friday, South Korean television network SBS reported. Feltman was expected to leave Pyongyang on a North Korean Air Koryo passenger jet to land in Beijing on Saturday.

However, Singer's own legal team rebutted the claims in a statement to TMZ saying: "Bryan categorically denies these allegations and will vehemently defend this lawsuit to the very end".

Guzman is being represented by Jeff Herman, and Singer's spokesman, in his denial, brought up Herman's role in a similar sexual assault case filed against Singer in 2014 by Michael Egan.

'When Sanchez-Guzman filed for bankruptcy only a few years ago, he failed to disclose this alleged claim when he was supposed to identify all of his assets, but conveniently, now that the bankruptcy court discharged all of his debts, he is able to recall the alleged events.

In his lawsuit, Sanchez-Guzman stated that he had "pleaded with [Singer] to stop".

Sanchez-Guzman, now 31, also alleged that Singer boasted of being powerful in the film industry and warned him against reporting the rape.

That suit was later dropped and Herman said the allegations were "untrue and provably false". "Those claims were dismissed by Egan himself, and he later went to Federal prison for lying in a fraud case".

"Notwithstanding his track record, this same lawyer is coming after Bryan again", Singer's rep said in a statement (via Buzzfeed). "We are confident that this case will turn out the same way the Egan case did", the statement said.

Thsi latest suit comes just days after Singer was sacked as director of the Queen biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody" for failing to show up on the set in London.
