Luis Bracamontes was ejected from his trial for the third straight day Thursday after he began mouthing off at the partner of the Sacramento sheriff's deputy he is accused of killing in 2014.
"F- all the stupid cops and f- the families, too", he said, looking directly at the row of seats where the families of Deputies Danny Oliver and Michael Davis Jr. were seated.
Bracamontes didn't help his case, though, when he interrupted the proceeding by basically bragging about the killings, only offering regret that the violence stopped when it did. "The only thing that I f-ing regret is that I f-ing killed just two". "I wish I fucking killed more of those motherfuckers".
He then vowed: "I will break out soon, and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me". "There's no need for a f*cking trial", the illegal alien said as he smiled.
As he defied orders, his lawyer asked the judge if, based on his behaviour, he would reconsider if the defendant was even mentally competent to stand trial.
"We are not contesting many of these charges", he said.
Prosecutors say Bracamontes, 37, admitted guilt multiple times during the trial.
That rant caused Sacramento Superior Court Judge Steve White to ask the jury to leave the courtroom so he could warn Bracamontes that he would be removed if he continued to disrupt the trial.
At that point, the judge ordered jurors removed from the courtroom.
