The presidential doctor, Ronny Jackson, revealed these results after a group of mental health professionals concerned about Trump's mental fitness urged him to perform the test last week, CNN reported.

Ronny Jackson, White House Physician has put to rest numerous concern regarding Donald Trump's mental fitness to perform his duties as President of the United States.

"All clinical data indicates that the president is now very healthy, and that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency. the president's overall health is excellent", Navy Rear Admiral Dr Ronny Jackson told reporters.

The 71-year-old's body mass index (BMI) of 29.9 puts him in the overweight category - and on the brink of obese - for his height at 6ft 3in.

The president pointed out that he's exercising when he plays golf as well.

Jackson said Trump's life expectancy is "the same as every other American male right now, but it's certainly no less". "He gets up and he just starts a new day", the White House doctor said.
