  • Brianne Randall gives her statement on the sixth day of Larry Nassar's sentencing at the Ingham County Circuit Court in Lansing on Tuesday Jan. 23 2018. Randall reported sexual abuse by Nassar in 2004 to the Meridian Township Police Department. The town

Randall Margraves said he was a "distraught father" and cursed at Nassar, but Judge Janice Cunningham told him that was not allowed in court.

When the judge said she could not do that, Margraves then asked for one minute, and when he was turned down again, he ran toward Nassar.

"I understand Mr Margraves' frustration but you cannot do this", she said.

The attorney for the victims spoke to the gallery after the man rushed toward Nassar telling them to use their words and not use violence.

"You haven't lived through it", Margraves said to her as he was led out of the courtroom.

Iran's clampdown on women protesting against hijab undermines autonomy and dignity
Soheila Jolodarzadeh, a female member of the Iranian parliament, said the protests were the result of longstanding restrictions. Social media has been flooded with the images and videos of the demonstration.

"The police questioned you- and you had the audacity to tell them i had misunderstood this treatment because i was not comfortable with my body- how dare you".

Earlier Friday, the judge reopened the hearing by saying controversial comments made by one of Nassar's attorneys were "unfortunate".

Margraves was detained for a possible contempt of court proceeding, according to Eaton County Sheriff's Office.

The dramatic intervention brought Nassar's final sentencing hearing on sexual abuse charges to an abrupt end. He was sentenced to 60 years on federal child-pornography charges and another 40 to 175 years on state charges that he abused women and girls while working for Michigan State University.

He was wrestled to the ground and put in handcuffs while Nassar was taken out of the court.

Douglas Haig charged in connection to Las Vegas shooting
Haig remarked Paddock at the time being well dressed, polite, and that the " customer " hadn't raised any suspicions. He appeared in court on Friday and was released under the condition he not possess guns or ammunition.

When the judge denied the request, Margravves lunged at him.

"You can not do this". We can not behave like this.

The tense hearing reportedly resumed after a 25-minute delay.

His Michigan trial is now in its second day, and there are plenty more victims statements expected in the courtroom. I understand this is a remarkable situation.

In Eaton County Circuit Court, 65 women will testify before Nassar faces sentencing on three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. The 54-year-old was already serving sixty years in prison for possession of child sex abuse images.
