  • NASA probe “New Horizons” snaps farthest-ever photo from Earth

As a result, just two hours after it had taken the record-breaking image of the "Wishing Well" star cluster, the probe snapped pictures of the Kuiper Belt Objects (KBOs) known as 2012 HZ84 and 2012 HE85 (seen below, left and right). At the time, Sagan was a member of the Voyager imaging team, and he recommended that Voyager 1 take the opportunity to look back at Earth one more time before making its way to the very edge of the Solar System.

That image has held the record for the farthest ever taken away from Earth-until now.

At present, the New Horizons probe is at a distance of 6.12 billion km (3.79 billion mi) from Earth. And now it can also capture images farther from the Earth than any other spaceship in history ... It thus broke the previous record set in February 1990, when the apparatus "Voyager 1" got famous photograph Pale Blue Dot from a distance of about of 6.06 billion kilometers from Earth.

U.S. airstrikes in Deir Ezzor kills several Syrian troops
It also lowers (in only a very small way) the likelihood of a confrontation with the USA if these forces come into contact. "We would like to see a ceasefire, the end of war in Syria , but the terrorists, I'm not sure they are in agreement".

The photo surpassed the "Pale Blue Dot" images of Earth taken by Voyager 1 back in 1990.

"LORRI broke its own record just two hours later with images of Kuiper Belt objects 2012 HZ84 and 2012 HE85, further demonstrating how nothing stands still when you're covering more than 1.1 million kilometers of space each day", NASA said in the statement. But they're arguably among the most wonderful photographic images ever.

"Mission scientists study the images to determine the objects' shapes and surface properties, and to check for moons and rings", the space agency says. So, after exploring Pluto in 2015, New Horizons, started on its secondary mission to explore 2014 MU69, a Kuiper Belt Object (KBO), which it should reach in 2019. "The spacecraft also is making almost continuous measurements of the plasma, dust and neutral-gas environment along its path".

Realizing that something wasn't right, Colon put the AirPods down on some exercise equipment and ran to get help. Apple's AirPods are a one of a kind device , featuring advanced technology that no other company is now offering.

"New Horizons has always been a mission of firsts - first to explore Pluto, first to explore the Kuiper Belt, fastest spacecraft ever launched". The craft is now on its way to Kuiper Belt to take pictures of the Kuiper Belt object (KBO) which was named 2014 MU69 on January 1st, 2019. This event, which will happen on January 1st, 2019, will be the farthest planetary encounter in history.

"The Voyagers and Pioneers flew through the Kuiper Belt at a time when we didn't know this region existed", says Jim Green, director of NASA's Planetary Science Division, in another press release. These objects include dwarf planets like Pluto in far-out orbits of the sun and former KBOs in unstable orbits known as "Centaurs".
