For other parts of the stock market, sentiment was still soured by fears of full-blown trade war between the United States and China .

The rest of the week in Durango is expected to return to sunny and warm conditions, with highs in the low 60s. Icing would be minimal and will likely cause a very low impact-if any at all. The threat for severe weather will be limited but there is still a risk of isolated damaging winds and a tornado or two can not be ruled out. Highs will be in the mid and upper 50s. As the precipitation moves in from the west/southwest, it will start as rain. The current projected track of the storm would focus more of the heavier snow in the Northwoods. Early morning snow ends by 7 to 8 am with isolated and spotty showers possible later on this morning and early this afternoon. High temperatures Friday will be in the middle 70s. A few thunderstorms are possible as we collect heating from the day. Some sunshine looks to finally break through. High pressure over ME will provide a dry start to the day with some morning sunshine and a light easterly breeze which will keep temperatures on the cooler side of average for another day, likely in the upper 40s this afternoon.

Tomorrow should turn out to be the warmest day of the week with sunny skies in the morning and increasing clouds later in the afternoon. We'll keep a chance for some drizzle and light rain, but for the most part it's just going to be a damp and gloomy March day. Low: 33. Day: Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance for rain, mainly in the evening.
