Zachary Cruz, the half-brother of Parkland high school gunman Nikolas Cruz, has been arrested again for getting too close to a Florida high school.

Zachary Cruz, 18, has had several run-ins with the law since his brother confessed to killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in a mass shooting on Valentine's Day.

Zachary Cruz is on six months' probation after pleading no contest in March for trespassing at the Parkland school.

He violated the terms of his probation on Saturday by driving without a valid driver's license and being within approximately 25 feet of a parking lot at Park Vista Community High School in Palm Beach County, according to the arrest warrant.

According to CNN, Zachary was booked Tuesday evening into Palm Beach County Jail. Cruz was arrested Tuesday on a Broward warrant. He had admitted to sheriff's deputies that he had been to the high school three times since the shootings.
